How to Defeat the Singer Zombie in RE9
Selena Corey patrols the West Wing bar lounge and the hallway leading to the stairwell. While players can choose to engage her or use stealth, you need to understand her mechanics to survive.
1. Beware the Sonic Scream
Selena’s primary attack is a devastating sonic scream. When you see her tilt her head back and spread her arms, she is winding up for the attack. This scream has an 8-10 meter radius. If you are caught in it, your character will be completely stunned and immobilized, leaving you vulnerable. Sprint backward the moment you see her animation start.
2. Stealth and Misdirection
Because Selena retains human-like intelligence and relies heavily on sound, stealth is highly effective.
