Resident Evil Requiem Full Walkthrough: Raccoon City & The Ark (Part 2)

Welcome to Part 2 of our ultimate Resident Evil Requiem Full Walkthrough. With the Sanatorium behind us, it's time to return to the iconic streets of Raccoon City and descend into the final facility: The Ark.

This guide will help you grab the remaining Mr. Raccoons (11-25), the final files, all 3 BSAA crates, and trigger multiple combat-specific achievements to finalize your Platinum trophy.

(Note: Key items are in Bold. Collectibles are marked with stars ★ for Mr. Raccoons, ☆ for Files, and □ for Safes).

1. Raccoon City Streets & Logistics (Leon)

Control shifts to Leon arriving in East Raccoon City.

On the right side of the street, read ☆[File 49/75] Old Newspaper. (Deluxe Edition tip: If you own the Deluxe Edition, don't forget to grab the exclusive "1988 Letter" near here!)
At the Oasis Cafe, shoot ★[Mr. Raccoon 11].
Pass through the Apple Gate to trigger the Giant Spider Boss Fight.
Head up to the [Central Camp]. Interact with the generator and read ☆[File 50/75] Engineer Orders to get the Combat Log Recorder (used to exchange points later).
Head south, open the shutter to the [Eagle Star Logistics Warehouse], and get the Cedar Creek Apartment Key.
On the roof, grab the Distributor. Look toward the elevator at the van on the overpass to shoot ★[Mr. Raccoon 12].
Use the Apartment Key on the east path to enter the[Underground Parking].
Near the first stealth enemy, look at the left door and shoot ★[Mr. Raccoon 13].
Check the battery box to read ☆[File 51/75] Battery Storage Location.
Head NW to find the Submachine Gun GAL and Battery 1.
At the [Water Treatment Facility], grab and use the Valve Wheel. Survive the horde and grab Battery 2 in the top room.
Return and insert the batteries. Open the shutter, turn left, and grab the BSAA Crate Key. Open BSAA Crate #1 right in front of you and read ☆[File 52/75] Supply List.
By the west bus, shoot ★[Mr. Raccoon 14].
Enter the South Apartment. Get the Rusty Crank, use it on the 2F balcony, and climb to 3F. Near the spiral stairs (front-left to the end), shoot ★[Mr. Raccoon 15].
On the roof, get the Broken Signal Receiver. Read ☆[File 53/75] Engineer's Note in the box.
Take the north ladder to the [Gas Station]. Shoot ★[Mr. Raccoon 16] inside. Grab the Fuel Canister (south) and fill it up (north).
Open the shortcut back, look down, and shoot ★[Mr. Raccoon 17].
Back at the [Central Camp], open BSAA Crate #2 and fix the Signal Receiver.
Head NE down into the Subway. Shoot ★[Mr. Raccoon 18] inside a train car.
Return north to the Oasis Cafe area and open BSAA Crate #3. (Achievement Alert: Opening all 3 crates unlocks the "Container Treasure Hunt" achievement).
Take the elevator back to the Logistics roof, go down one floor, use the fuel, and enter [Willis Tower].
Go up one floor. In the SE room, shoot ★[Mr. Raccoon 19].
Head NW to get the Relay and craft the Detonator.

Driving Boss Sequence: Check your file collection before detonating the door! During the vehicle combat sequence with Victor, shoot him exactly when he glows red to unlock the "Road Rage" achievement.

2. RPD & The Orphanage (Leon & Emily)

Arriving in the City Center, go far west first and shoot ★[Mr. Raccoon 20].
RPD 1F: Next to the save PC, read ☆[File 54/75] Perimeter Report. In the [West Office], read ☆[File 55/75] Top Secret Operation. In the [Operations Room], read ☆[File 56/75] Event Record and shoot ★[Mr. Raccoon 21] on the board.
RPD 2F: In the [S.T.A.R.S. Office], read ☆[Files 57 & 58] Treasure Hunt Clues 1 & 2, ☆[File 59] Barry's List, and grab the Library Card. Open the suitcase with code R-R-R.
Backtrack Alert: Now that you've read both clues, return to the [Operations Room] on 1F. Look up at the high TV monitor to find the hidden Locker Key!
In the[Library], get the Jack. Look behind the books on the floor under the bookcase to shoot ★[Mr. Raccoon 22]. On the upper floor, read ☆[File 61/75] Photo Notes. Use the Jack to open the East shutter.

Emily's Section:

Control switches to the little girl. After opening the basement door, go to the [Morgue] and open the coffin to read ☆[File 62/75] Body Tag.
In the [Lab], read ☆[File 63/75] Type-60 Results and ☆[File 64/75] Newbie Researcher's Notebook on the desks.

Leon's Tyrant Escape & Plant 43:

Control returns to Leon. Run from the Tyrant! Afterward, read ☆[File 65/75] City Brochure on the sofa behind you. This marks all files collected in Raccoon City.
Head north out of the RPD, turn left into the parking lot to grab a Scope.
Go into the Gun Shop. After the cutscene, turn around to get the Shotgun W870.
In the empty lot east of the shop, shoot ★[Mr. Raccoon 23] sitting in a window.
Proceed north for the Tyrant Boss fight.
As you walk across the damaged train, you will encounter Plant 43 seedlings. (Achievement Alert: Kill all 9 seedlings here to unlock the "Not Today, Little Bud" achievement).
- Locations: 1 on the train, 1 in the concrete pipe, 2 at the fork, 1 via the left underground root, 1 straight ahead, 1 further down the root, and 2 at the very end.
Defeat the Giant Plant at the end of this path to enter The Ark.

3. The Ark (Grace & Leon)

Welcome to the final facility. Ensure you have heavy ammo ready!

In the [Staff Room], read ☆[File 66/75] NO-AH Status Report.
In the South Corridor, shoot ★[Mr. Raccoon 24].
After the Server Room and Storage Room fights, enter the South [Meeting Room]. Read ☆[Files 67-69/75] Umbrella Catalogs & B.O.W Report.
Head to [Pandora] for a Boss Fight against the Masked Man. You will obtain the Death Scythe.

Grace's Section:

Control shifts to Grace. Go through the [Disposal Control Room] and head upstairs.
In the [Sterilization Room], the safe code is □ R10 - L90 - R20.
In the [Chemical Storage], get the Override Key (Disposal Control Room).
Return downstairs to the[Disposal Control Room], use the Override Key to get the Magnetic Keycard.
Pass through the [Lobby] to the [Guard Room]. Read ☆[File 70/75] Log 51 and get the Acid Bottle Recipe. The safe code here is □ L50 - R60 - L80. (Achievement Alert: Opening this unlocks the "No Absolute Security" achievement for opening all safes).
Head downstairs to [B.O.W Storage 05]. Open the container to grab the Hip Pouch and read ☆[Files 71 & 72] Safe Codes.
In the[Control Room], get the Ark Map and Noble Sphere. Shoot ★[Mr. Raccoon 25]. (Achievement Alert: This unlocks the "Monochrome Mischief" achievement).
In the [Clean Room], get the Intellect Sphere.
In the [Records Room], read ☆[File 73/75] Log 1.

Leon's Section:

Control shifts to Leon. (Achievement Alert: When fighting Lickers here, perfectly parry a Licker's tongue attack to unlock the "Why Don't You Speak Up" achievement).
In the [System Admin Room], get the Override Key (B.O.W Storage 11).

The Finale (Grace):

Control shifts to Grace for the final time. After the cutscene, you will automatically obtain the last two files. (Achievement Alert: "Case Closed" unlocks for reading all 75 files).
Ending Choice: You will be prompted to make a final decision regarding Elpis. Choosing to Extract Elpis gives you the Normal/Good Ending. Choosing to Destroy it triggers the Bad Ending (since it's the T-Virus cure!).
